References to NSW licensing, strata requirements and council processes are included to help you understand the process. Those requirements change and they vary by property — verify anything you intend to rely on with the relevant authority.
An enquiry is not a contract
Submitting an enquiry is a request to be contacted about a measure and a quote. It does not create a contract for building work, does not reserve a booking, and commits you to nothing.
Any contract for renovation work is formed directly between you and the licensed builder who provides the quote. We are not a party to it.
Pricing information
Cost figures published here, including the bands on the cost page, are indicative 2026 planning ranges intended to help you budget. They are not offers and not quotes. Only the written quote issued after a measure binds anyone.
Accuracy
We try to keep the information here accurate and current. Requirements change and properties differ. Check licensing with NSW Fair Trading, planning matters with the Southern Highlands Council, and strata matters with your owners corporation or strata manager.
